You can choose delivery to an address other than your credit/debit card's registered address. Orders over 2kg are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class Delivery. We may split larger orders down into smaller deliveries depending on the size of the order.
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. This does not apply during weekends and public holidays when dispatch is the next working day. Delivery times are 1 working day for First Class and 2-3 working days for Second Class. Please allow enough time for delivery to prevent any loss or disappointment as we cannot be responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
In the event of any goods being damaged in transit, incomplete deliveries or failing to match the items ordered by you, such details must be notified by yourself as soon as possible (within three working days of receipt). If we receive no such notification you will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory.
